Pad Thai cooked at home with the help of Microsoft Bing AI

I asked it, “I’m going to be making a pad Thai recipe in the evening and I’d like to put it in the fridge and serve it the next day. What are the best tips for properly cooling and storing and refrigerating pad thai after cooking it to be served the next day?”

It replied:

That sounds delicious!🤤 Here are some tips for cooling and storing pad thai after cooking it:

- Let the pad thai cool completely before storing it in the fridge. This will prevent condensation and soggy noodles¹.
- Store the pad thai in an **airtight container** or a bowl covered with **cling wrap**¹³. This will keep the noodles moist and prevent them from drying out or absorbing odors from other foods⁴.
- Refrigerate the pad thai within **two hours** of cooking it to avoid bacterial growth¹. You can store it in the fridge for up to **four days**³, but it’s best to eat it sooner for optimal freshness and flavor¹.
- Reheat the pad thai in a skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until hot and sizzling. You can also microwave it in a microwave-safe dish, covered with a damp paper towel, for a few minutes, stirring halfway through².
- Enjoy your pad thai with some lime wedges, chopped peanuts, cilantro and green onions for extra zest and crunch²!😋
